This 1-day, hands-on course covers the cultural history and timeless relevance of fermentation. You will learn the basics of fermentation – its nutritional value and health benefits, the tools you will need, and even be given a scoby to start your kombucha journey!

You will learn how to make:

Kombucha, Tepache, Wild Soda’s, Beet Kvass, Homemade Vinegar, Sauerkraut, Lacto-fermented Veggies, and Fermented Chilli Paste.

Timing: 10 AM – 12:00 PM, 2 – 5 PM

This course is by request, minimum 3 people.
