I teach because I believe that whatever knowledge I have gained over all these years should help students who are just stepping into the new field of coffee. Today, in the age of social media, information is available at the click of a button, and students can easily be flooded with both accurate information and misinformation. That is why I gather extensive research and, only after verifying it, share that knowledge to my students.
It brings me immense pleasure and joy when a student says that this is their first formal coffee education with us and that they are leaving through the doors of our CLC with a solid foundation of coffee knowledge.
Failure actually inspires me to learn, improve, and teach better.
