This Natural lot from Testi Coffee captures the classic elegance of high-altitude Ethiopian coffees. Grown at 2000–2150 masl in the lush Guji region, it delivers a cup that is sweet, layered, and unmistakably refined. Expect vibrant notes of bergamot and ripe berries, complemented by a smooth undercurrent of dark chocolate. The body is silky and clean, with a crisp finish that lingers gently on the palate. Best enjoyed enjoyed as a pour-over.
