This tiger does not have stripes. But the humpback Mahseer, a large freshwater fish also called the tiger of the water, found only in the Cauvery river basin is listed as Critically Endangered on the IUCN red list.

Recipe Overview
Ratio: 1:15 (16g coffee to 240ml water)
Total brew time: 3:30 minutes
Water temperature: 86°C (protects delicate aromatics and flavor notes)
Grind size: Espresso fine (450–500 microns) with Sibarist filter paper; otherwise, standard 700–800 microns.
Aim for 3:30 brew time.
Pour Schedule (4 pours total):
First pour: 40ml for 30 seconds (or 30 seconds if using Hario Switch “on”).
Second pour: 106ml (00:30–01:00).
Third pour: 172ml (01:00–01:30).
Fourth pour: 220ml (01:30–02:00), then bypass with 20ml room-temperature water.
