Explore the thinking and techniques behind competition coffee preparation, using Ratna Raga Competition Lot as our focus coffee. We’ll break down the choices that shaped the competition brew: from roast profile and mineralised water to brewing with the Hario Switch and Sibarist Fast Filter Paper.
The session also goes beyond the recipe, with guided sensory exploration to understand how each variable influences the coffee in the cup. A chance to taste, learn, and experience competition coffee brewing up close.
