Coffee Collection 2024–2026

A Journey in Every Cup

Welcome to the 2024–2025 edition of our Coffee Collection.

Our story began in 2008, in a small village near Pondicherry, with a simple dream: to roast exceptional Indian coffees, one small batch at a time. With little more than a passion for flavour and a vision for quality, the first roasts were crafted by hand—humble beginnings that sparked a journey of discovery, dedication, and craftsmanship.

Seventeen years later, that same spirit continues to guide us.

This year’s collection celebrates the full spectrum of coffee—from minty, full-bodied Vienna roasts to bright and delicate light-roasted single estates. Whether you’re seeking a comforting breakfast blend, an intense espresso, or a rare micro-lot, each coffee is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to quality, traceability, and flavour.

Every bean carries a story. In every roast a mindful act.

May the coffee spirit be with you.

Boothangudi Decaf

Price range: ₹400.00 through ₹4,000.00

Naturally Decaffeinated, Flavourfully Intact

Removing caffeine from coffee while preserving its rich, natural flavors is no small task. At the heart of our process lies a commitment to purity and sensory integrity—we use only natural methods, with no chemical solvents or acetates.

Our Single Estate Washed Arabica is decaffeinated using the Critical CO₂ Process, a clean and precise method. In this process, carbon dioxide is applied under high pressure, transforming it into a liquid-like state. This enables it to gently penetrate the coffee cells and extract caffeine—without disturbing the aromatic and flavor compounds.

The result is a cup that retains the nuanced character of a specialty Arabica, now with almost no caffeine.

Perfect for coffee lovers who are mindful of their sleep, health, or caffeine sensitivity, yet still crave the ritual and richness of a fine cup.
